About Me

My husband Alan and I have two young boys and make our home in Katy, TX. We met at church and he asked me to be his wife on the pew where he first held my hand (I know, let’s all say ahhhh).

My passion is to see women come to know Christ as their personal Lord and Savior, disciple them in their faith, and encourage them to pay it forward to another in the future. Speaking at women’s events, conferences, and retreats from is one of the primary ways this ministry helps women know the Lord and grow in Him. The books and Bible studies I have authored during my 30 years in ministry are foundational resources for women of all ages and stages to take the next steps in their relationship with Christ.

When I speak I love to hang out after, meeting women, as I am a people person. I just love how God has fashioned each with their own gift mix, mission field, and destiny. I am a talker so beware! I am also a woman of prayer and will stop everything to pray with a sister in Christ.

You can catch me cheering on my sons at swim team, in a group fitness class at the Y, chatting with neighbors, or leading a Start Here discipleship group. My husband and I also love to sit on the couch at the end of our bed after we put the boys down and watch past TV shows (our current is 24)!
